Jo Martin, founder of TM3 Consulting, has over 35 years of accounting experience. She has served on various boards for non-profits and governing bodies in the greater valley area and Sedona. Jo is an alumna of the University of Illinois and a mother of two. Her mission with TM3 is to empower entrepreneurs to build successful businesses that positively impact their communities. Since its founding in 2004, TM3 has flourished under her leadership. Beyond TM3, Jo has held notable roles such as Chairwoman of the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce and the United Food Bank, served on the City of Mesa’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and the Mesa City Council Redistricting Commission. She is currently a member of the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission. In her free time, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their children, Leslie and Craig.
Scott Martin, co-owner of TM3 Consulting, has been an important part of the company since 2017. Before joining TM3 full-time, Scott dedicated 30 years to the Mesa Police Department, serving with distinction until his retirement in 2023. Scott oversees preparing financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, and leverages the leadership skills from his law enforcement career to help lead TM3. Outside of work, Scott is passionate about fitness and personal development. He enjoys working out and helps others achieve their goals by teaching CrossFit classes.
Leslie has worked at TM3 Consulting since 2016. She began working with her mom, Jo, when she was in high school. She continued working throughout her undergraduate career at University of Arizona and graduate school at University of Texas at Dallas. She now works as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and continues to support TM3 and its clients in her free time. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys getting sushi, and spending time with her fiancé, friends, and two cats.
Stephanie Pianka has been with TM3 Consulting since 2022 and has 10 years of accounting experience. She has worked with a wide range of clients across various industries, including construction, healthcare, and retail. At TM3, Stephanie specializes in preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and providing tax preparation services. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, who love hiking, swimming, and kayaking.
Danny has been with TM3 Consulting since 2024 and brings 3 years of experience working in real estate private equity, where he built a background in investments, financial modeling, reporting, and management. Danny has an undergraduate degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University. At TM3 Danny specializes in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. In his free time, Danny enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Craig Martin has been a dedicated member of TM3 since 2020, bringing his passion for teamwork and problem-solving to every project. With a strong background in leadership and logistics developed through his experience in the Army Reserve and Army ROTC at Arizona State, Craig excels in fostering innovation and efficiency within the organization. As a student at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, he applies his knowledge in financial planning and strategic thinking to support TM3's mission and goals.
